How I help.

I work with teens and young adults to pause, slow down, and get curious about the root cause of their concerns. I listen with curiosity and compassion in order to better understand your experience, and I will work with you to explore your specific concerns and goals so we can determine the best way forward.

Together, we will practice practical strategies to help alleviate your symptoms in the short-term. We’ll then explore larger goals and aspirations you have for yourself and create a personalized approach to empower you in moving that direction with confidence.
